Angular Architecture

When we talk about the architecture of this framework, the focus remains on Components, which are similar to AngularJs directives. The architecture of a custom application, build-using Angular, is based on certain standard concepts that are explained as follows -

 Modules

Modules refer to the bunch of linked directives, services, pipes, and components that are used to build the application. Classes are an ideal example of modules. Basically, modules are used so that all the key building components of an application are co-related and fully functional.

The root module of Angular is known as AppModule, and it's responsible for supplying the bootstrap mechanism for application launch. In a customary Angular app, various functional modules are part of it.

In Angular, the NgModule decorator is used to define modules. NgModules can get the key functionalities from other Angular modules and permits them to explore the functionality.

Components

The core of Angular architecture is the component and explains the application class featuring the data and logic. Mainly, it explains the user interface for the application. As it's the basic building unit for Angular applications, at least one component is present in every application. This key component is known as Root Component, and multiple other child components are linked with this parent component.

Each component defines the application class that generally features details about application logic and data.

Templates

The template in Angular merges the Angular markup and HTML so that HTML elements are modified before further display. In general, the Angular templates use two types of data binding, event binding, and property binding.

Event binding permits the concerned application to quickly provide the user input response by updating the application data in a given environment.

Property binding allows an application to incorporate the values that are extracted from HTML.

Metadata

Metadata is used to guide Angular about class processing. Basically, it decorates the class so much that the expected behavior of a class is configured easily.

 Services 

Angular creates a service class when there is no logic or data that isn't linked with any view but is shared with used components. It's mostly processed after the @Injectable () decorator that provides the metadata. Developers often use Services to manage the business logic of the application.  

• Dependency injection

Using the features, Angular keeps the component classes effective across the process. Fetching data from a server or user input the feature does not handle validation.

• Angular Directives

The job of Angular Directives is to extend the HTML. It adds a new syntax to the HTML. Finding directives is easy as they start with the 'ng' prefix. Two kinds of directives are part of Angular. The first directive is ng-model which links the HTML control value with the expression value of AngularJS. Second, we have an ng-bind directive that switches the HTML value with the expression value.

• Routing 

Angular features a NgModule Router that is useful to explain the navigation path for different application conditions. Also, it helps you to keep a check on the application hierarchies. Routing is now a part of the browser navigation process.

The router doesn't view pages. Rather, it maps the URL- like paths to gain visibility. For instance, as soon as a user clicks on a URL link, a new webpage loads, and a router uses this link to decode the browser's behavior.
